TIU is an Education and Training organization that provides Networking, Coaching; Mentoring and Training programmes for youth, professionals and organizations.
Our bespoke virtual training programmes were designed to equip you with practical skills to help you thrive in every area of your life.
We also provide resources to assist you at any stage of your career or business journey.

TIU Mentors Network
The TIU Mentor’s Network brings together BAME professionals and business leaders with a passion for mentoring, coaching and educating the next generation. Through this network, you will gain access to:

Leadership Training
We have leadership training programmes for people at different stages of life. We have qualified in house trainers who deliver these programmes. Due to the pandemic all our training will be carried out virtually.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
AND ADVOCACY
We run a monthly food bank supporting BAME families who have been hard hit by the COVID -19 pandemic living in Newcastle and Gateshead. If you would like to make a referral or volunteer please email support@tiu-cic.org.

YOUTH-LED DISCUSSIONS AND WORKSHOPS
Our intu leadership programme is aimed at youth aged 12-25 years. it is a fun and interactive programme built to engage, equip and inspire youth for the world of work and business. Read more
Mentor Training
All our mentors take part in an online training programme that prepares them for the mentoring and coaching relationship. Key topics include: Unconscious Bias;
