MISSION & STORY
Built to level the playing field.
TIU CIC was established in 2019 by Judith Ibukunlayo, a people professional with over 18 years of experience in training and development. Driven by a genuine belief that talent is equally distributed but opportunity is not, Judith built TIU to close that gap for underrepresented communities across the North East and beyond.
Today TIU offers mentoring, coaching, leadership training, career readiness, and work placements all designed around the specific needs and goals of each individual.
