However, many students and professionals, particularly those from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds, lack access to quality leadership training and mentorship opportunities. This disparity often results in underrepresentation at senior levels across industries, limiting the diversity of thought and leadership necessary for innovation and social progress.

The Influence University aims to address this gap by offering a comprehensive Leadership Development Programme that provides targeted training, mentorship, and practical work placements. Our programme is designed to level the playing field, enabling participants to develop the skills and networks needed to thrive in the workplace.
